Cancelation policy

We understand that plans may change, and we strive to provide a fair and transparent cancellation policy:

• Cancellations made 30 days or more before the scheduled date will receive a full refund, minus a 10% processing fee.
• Cancellations made between 30 and 15 days before the scheduled date will receive a 50% refund.
• Cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled date are non-refundable.
